Our bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Val Gardena. The view is breathtaking - it includes the well-tended garden with the sun loungers and the barbecue area, a large flower field and the mighty Dolomites. In winter, we are a great starting point for the Sellaronda.

The breakfast is served in our wooden-panelled Tyrolean lounge, where you can also linger in the evening.
Three of our rooms have a magnificent view on the mountains Cir, Stevia and Sella. In front of the house you can relax on our sunbathing lawn, the barbecue and the wooden garden furniture call to a nice get-together. In winter, after a day of skiing and with good snow conditions you can reach the house by ski. Moreover, the ski room with the ski boot heater increases the comfort and the fun factor of a great holiday.
Small dogs are welcome, but at an additional cost. You can park your car in front of the house or in the garage (at an additional cost).

Our house is located in the heart of the Dolomites. It is easy to reach and offers an incredible view on lush meadows and the fantastic, world famous mountains.
We are the happy medium: our house is located at a 15 minutes’ walk from both the centre of Selva Gardena and the centre of Santa Cristina – it’s one kilometre in each direction. The main promenade from S. Cristina to Selva is directly near to our house. In the village centres there are many shopping opportunities as well as a large selection of pizzerias and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of our house there is the Pizzeria Medel (200 m).
There are numerous trails for short and long walks close to the house. In winter, after a day of skiing and with good snow conditions you can get the house by ski. The ski bus stops just 50 metres from the house.
Val Gardena can be reached using the Brenner Motorway (A 22). Take the exit Chiusa/Val Gardena.
In winter, winter tyres are mandatory, while snow chains are recommended.

Open the window, take a deep breath of clear mountain air and feel happy. The magnificent view from our rooms on flowering meadows and majestic mountains makes everybody’s heart beat faster. Close to the house there are some trails. If you want to go up higher, you can choose from numerous hiking and climbing routes. There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of our bed and breakfast.
For a more peaceful day of relaxation, you can enjoy the sun in our well-kept garden on the loungers or have a barbecue.
Snow, sun, holiday. Simply fantastic! Are you ready for the perfectly prepared ski slopes of Val Gardena and the Dolomiti Superski area? With good snow conditions, after a great skiing day you can reach the house by ski. Nearby is also a bus stop, if you would like to reach other lifts or cableways of the valley without using your car. In the afternoon and in the evening, you can relax in our Tyrolean stube (lounge).
In the morning, your boots are warm and dry thanks to our ski boot dryer. The perfect start into another memorable day on the fantastic ski slopes.
